My Intensive Coaching Program is designed to guide you through a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and alignment. Using a unique blend of mindfulness practices including breath work, meditation, and creative expression. This program helps you release blocks, connect deeply with your inner self, and step into the life you’re meant to live. you will receive a personalized plan of action, accountability schedule, and a custom coaching program fit to meet your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Fees: Coaching Session Fee: $77 per online coaching session, hARTistic healing Session Fee: $111, or Intensive Coaching plans from $555, $999, to $6,666 Workplace Mindfulness fee varies based on participant size and travel. Time Zone: All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT). (Unless in person with travel arrangements). Cancellations & Rescheduling: For coaching services: 24+ hours before your session: Cancel: Full refund Reschedule: No fee (first reschedule only; additional changes may incur a fee) 12–24 hours before your session: Cancel or reschedule: 50% late-cancellation fee ($37.50) Less than 12 hours / No-show: Full session fee (ex, $77) is nonrefundable A “no-show” means you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice. Payments & Refunds: Payment is due at booking to hold your appointment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank). Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Workplace Mindfulness sessions must be canceled 2 weeks in advance for a partial refund (1/2 of the total fee). If you choose to reschedule, no refund required. Additional prices may vary due to travel (if applicable). Emergencies & Grace I understand life happens. One emergency waiver per client per year may be granted at my discretion (proof may be requested). Please email as soon as possible. Packages / Prepaid Sessions: Package sessions follow the same timelines above. Missed or late-canceled sessions are deducted from the package. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Use your confirmation email’s link or email [your contact email] at least 24 hours in advance. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
